Hi, I live in Europe and I would like to start an online retail store. I think this closeouts merchandise would be grat for start. I do have some concerns, as to how am I protected from frauds? How do I choose quality items, not some garbage – do I need to fly over there?
Also, a very important question, if I buy a brand name product, can I sell it in my country even if there’s that brands’ representative or a licensed retailer?
